• established 10 new adult basic education (ABE) classrooms across northern Indiana.
• provided vocational courses from Real Estate pre-licensing and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training to computer literacy and computer applications training in both English and Spanish.
• devised ground-breaking methods for helping special populations of learners with unique needs.
