The Learning Generation Initiative (LGI) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit adult learning service provider established in 2002 to address critical educational attainment needs in northern Indiana.  Our mission is to engage our region's diverse people in a lifelong pursuit of knowledge to improve their economic opportunity and quality of life.  Our customized training gives people learning they can use, in a way that works for them, at a time and a place that meets their needs.
